troca de planos

Olá! 

eu troquei o plano há uma semana mais ou menos entretanto está vindo cobrança do plano anterior, estou tentando cancelar o plano anterior ou falar com algum atendente desde quinta feira mas sem sucesso, o que posso fazer? Pois quando tento cancelar o plano anterior tenho que pagar uma multa de mais de R$400, e isso está me atrapalhando.

There is a 50% early termination fee for cancelling an Annual plan before your 12th month of service.  Only an Adobe Support agent can help you with you account & billing matters.

most importantly, read @Nancy OShea's post.

 

but also, if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam.
