Trouble cancelling

I tried to download adobe creative cloud as a free trial but was billed two times for it. I tried to get in contact with someone but the help line said that they aren't there. I need to get my money back because I only had it for less than a week... I am a student so I just can't afford that and I should not have been charged twice in the first place.
