Trouble Cancelling

Hi,

 

I started a free 7 trial for Adobe Acrobat on 30th August which I would now like to cancel. I have followed all the links in the help file but when I reach my plans page there is no button there to 'Manage Plans' so I am unable to completethe process. I have looked all over the place and cannnot find any other way to cancel the plan and cannot find any link that will allow me to acually contact support to request cancellation. The links to get help from a real person is just linking through to pre-populated Q&As which do not address the problem I am having (ie lack of the Manage Plan button). I have literally wasted hours trying to cancel this trail and am now at my wits end. Can someone PLEASE tell me how to cancel this trial before payment is taken.
