You are aware of the 308% price increase offered to Turkey. Will the annual purchasing but monthly payment plan continue the same? Or will I be billed based on the new price update?

I am reading this but it doesn't give me any information about "annual purchasing/monthly payment" plan is continue as same or not. I have to know this then I willupdate my payment plan. 

And also an extra question; can I change my plan with the student plan and extend it for 1 year without paying early cancellation fee?
