Two redemption codes not stacking

I've bought two annual CC Photography plans from Amazon and have two redemption codes.

I added one just fine. Then added the second one... but my plan has only extended to 2023 and not 2024. Both codes are showing as redeemed so I can't save one of them for a year and redeem it again when the first one expires.

 

I can't find a way to talking to an actual person from Adobe to resolve this — how do I make sure that I get my second year added to my plan?
