i actually don't think you can have to different concurrent trials.

you could use 2 (or many more) apps during a trial of the all apps subscription.  even if you were only interested in those two.  if you then decided after your 7 days, you wanted to subscribe to both, you would cancel the all apps trial and subscribe to both apps.  note, you might be offered a trial on the first or second app, but because you can only have one trial with a particular credit card, you won't even get the trial period.
