I recently purchased a plan for my colleague and late did I noticed that the email address reflected after purchase is wrong.
Unfortunately, my colleague doesnt have access on that wrong email address so we cannot use the purchased plan.
Is there a way to amend the email address and if not, how do I cancel it?
