Hi,
On the recent Amazon sale days I purcheased a heavily discounted 1 yr subscription as mentioned above for the mac. I already subscribe to the Adobe photographer plan for £9.95 GBP and have done for several years. I researched whether this offer was available to current Adobe subscribers and it said it wasand that the subscription would automatically be accounted for in my plan.. When I try to activate the plan using my email address, the same email address I use for my Adobe account, I get the following message.
"The vendor notified us that the account associated with that email address is not eligible for this product. To create an account, please use a different email address."
I don't want to have multiple accounts and don't really understand this message. Could anyone help please? I've tried to find help with amazon to no avail. As it's software there is no option to return the product. Hope someone can advise me please.

Thanks for your response and advice. I had a VPN running which I have now switched off. When I go to the activation page it first stated in a banner at the top that the activation was successful so I think the plan is activated. Do you know if there is any way I can check on my Adobe Account if this discounted 12 month plan is active?

actually, i think you'll need to contact the amazon vendor.
