Unable to add in my Company Name for Billing

My company name no longer appears on my Invoices.

As a business it is essential that the invoice is in the business name for VAT purposes.

However, there is nowhere to add in my business name or address anywhere on the "edit billing" page? (see attached)

I can add in my VAT number, but not the business name (which used to be an option?) so all invoices appear only in my personal name and my accountant is asking why.

Any idea how I can rectify this?
