Unable to cancel subscription to Adobe Express

I have tried to cancel my subscription on both the Adobe Express browser and app and each time it times out, glitches or defaults to the Google account subscription page.

Super frustrating and now feels like they're trying to force me into the payment after the 7 day free trial. Not impressed so far with it all. Glitches each time I tried to make a video too.

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
