Unable to delete Passkeys from Adobe account

I've got three Passkeys I need to delete from my Adobe account, and I am receiving an error. I tried chat support and they are not able to help, they completely do not understand this issue, tried to arrange a callback but did not receive any callback and they closed my case.

Passkeys are from third parties, that's why Adobe can't help you. That's not their wheelhouse.

Log-in to your Adobe online account below with your Adobe ID (email) and password.

You also probably just replied to this thread without reading the other comments.

@kglad yes you're absolutely right.
i realised that this forum was not supported directly by Adobe Support. I was finding ways to reach support, their tech chat does not have any idea how to support their own implementation either.

it's abysmal, Adobe implementing something as important as security but very poorly.

thanks for everyone's time.

understood.

and, i suspect, this won't help you (so sorry, in advance), but it will button-up part of this thread:

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
