Unable to get a full refund when canceling my plan

So just this morning my dad sent me money and apparently i forgot to cancel my yearly subscription on Lightroom mobile and now it took away my 20 dollars that my dad sent. Does any of you guys know how to get a refund because ive already canceled my subscription and it didnt give me my refund as it says on adobe help and support page. Please help if you guys know how to get a full refund.

check your account to see if your plan is cancelled and a refund pending, https://account.adobe.com

 

if there's a problem, contact support. there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
