Unable to load billing history from shop.adobe.com (Digital River)

Recently kept getting a blank window when clicking on "View Transaction History". Tracing the error points to 504 GATEWAY_TIMEOUT.

 

The website has been quite unreliable and I've read this in this forum the issue has been there since 2019. Is it possible get my invoices emailed to me instead?

you have to go to your account and select the email icon, View, download, or email your Adobe invoice

 

ie, you cannot (and adobe does not) automate this process.
