Usually I'd say to contact customer service and ask for an Activation Count Reset, as that is the only thing Adobe customer support can now do for this program. However, I've not seen this error before so I don't know if it would work. Let's move you to the Account, Payment, & Plan forum, where you are more likely to get an answer for your question.

Which operating system do you have?
Did you hit the License this Product button and enter a valid 24 digit Serial Number from your original installation disks?
If you lost your serial number, you might find it by logging-in to in your Adobe account below.

Unfortunately, LR6 is discontinued & no longer supported. It's was not built to work on modern Mac operating systems -- Monterey, Big Sur or Catalina which only support modern 64-bit apps.

Due to changes that Apple made removing all support for 32-bit applications and components, Lightroom 6 will not install on macOS Catalina, Big Sur, Monterey, or newer...
The only way you can run it is if LR6 was already installed on your Mac before upgrading to one of those operating system versions – and even then, it runs somewhat hobbled.

Another option, if you have access to a Windows version of LR6: run Windows 10 on a Parallels virtual machine on top of Monterey. But of course you'd need to purchase Win10 plus Parallels (80 Euros/year). That's a lot of effort and expense to keep using outdated software. You might just as well get a Creative Cloud plan to match your modern Mac machine.
Creative Cloud Photography Plan (approx $10/month for 12 months). Includes the following:
- Photoshop CC and Photoshop on iPad
- Lightroom on desktop, mobile and the web
- Lightroom Classic
- Portfolio website + hosting
- Bridge
- 20 GB cloud storage (upgradable to 1 TB).

Older versions of Lightroom Classic (back to LR6) will still run under a current Creative Cloud subscription.
