This is the error message i get when i try to setup my Adobe account, tried multiple browsers no luck. Check on multiple PC no luck, this is happening since yesterday.

A lot of sites/services were impacted by a large outage of the Amazon Web Service. It's probable Adobe was, also. I'd try again and if you still have an issue, you'll probably have to contact customer service.
