Hi
I have a annual subscription paid monthly.
I recently got a new credit card as my old one is expired. I forgot update my card information on my Adobe account so this months payment did not go through.
I immediatly logged into my account to update my card information but was unable to. It just always responded with "there is an issue with the card information" I have tried everything. Different card, different browser, I have looked everywhere for help and tried different methods that were suppose to help but nothing works. I have been digging after information on where I can come in contact with a human representative from Adobe to help me but that seems to be just as likely as there to be rain in a dessert. I found online that so many people have had this problem and the only way to solve it is with a representitive from Adobe.
Is there anyone that can help me???

Volunteers cannot help you on these forums. To contact Adobe Customer Care directly, try the link to auto-open the Chat:
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
Type "agent" into the chat window.
If your browser blocks the Chat window, try the troubleshooting tips here:
https://community.adobe.com/t5/creative-cloud-services/how-to-contact-adobe-support/td-p/11875703
If you can't find out why your browser is blocking Chat, you can also send a tweet to @AdobeCare and they will contact you back.
You can find phone numbers here:
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html
Don't respond to anyone who sends a PM, as they will be scammers. Staff has an Adobe badge and "Adobe Employee" on their avatar.
Let us know when you get this resolved.

these are user forums and you need to contact adobe support. use @jane-e 's suggestions for phone or chat, and you can also use twitter:
chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
phone:
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html
twitter:
tweet @AdobeCare
p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...
