I was recently charged for Adobe export pdf at $25.46. I didn't authorize it and didn't agree to a subscription so I could use it for three days while being charged for a year when I had to use the service in 2020. How do I cancel this and get a refund.

I'm not sure what you are saying.
- That you never chose ExportPDF at all?
- That you chose ExportPDF, but did not expect any charge at all?
- That you chose ExportPDF and paid for a year, but did not read the terms and conditions, so you were not expecting the subscription to renew?
- Something else?

Hi ..I as well would like a refund of the unauthorized charges last month. I sent email after seeing the charges but no reply. I dont understand how they can proceed without confirming the services. I tried to use the service when i was not getting any answer , but it was unsuccessful and i never got teh change to use it anyhow from the trial to the date i was charge without my authorization. i demand a refund , adobe should check and respond to the emails. i see that many users are fooled and have no even ways to cancel . today i received a notice again of payment. this is such a disappointment.

Adobe does not do support by email, but scammers do. Follow the directions in this thread to contact Adobe Customer Care.

The Pro subscription was not confirmed nor authorized hence the complain.
Unfortunately , there is no option for reverse in any of this and charges are just made without authorization.
I never confirmed subscription, you can check that i have tried to cancel but to no success. Billing will automatically charge without our authorization here. Imagine how many of us having the same problem , your company is making money out of the unauthorized charges,
Please reverse the unauthorized charges made on Feb-March and cancel the any services that was generated automatically. Clearly its shows that we were not given the oppportunity to cancel as it is only your company who can do cancellation in your system.
I am expecting the charges made on the same month to be reverse to my account and I will not accept any cancellation charges as the service was never used in the first place.
