Hello, I am reviewing my credit card statement and there is a charge (besides my subscription charge) for "Adobe Acropro Subs" for $27.99 USD. What service is Acropro Subs? Kind regards.

Hi Ashleya68878008,

In your current account I do not see any subscription for Acrobat Pro DC. So there could be a possibility you have registered any other email address.

Acrobat Pro is a subscription based service to create, manipulate, print and manage files in Portable Document Format (PDF) etc.

If you do not use the service or don't wish to continue with it then you may contact to our billing team via chat/phone support

Contact Customer Care

They will go ahead and assist you further.

Regards,

Akanchha

I also was charged 70 dollars Canadian i tried the 30  day so called free trial if I wanted to keep using the it I would then pay on the 27th of the month i decided it was not what i needed yet i was charged 47 dollars canadian for canceling and another 23.52 yet no charged should even of accured untill the 27th of this month. I will make sure I NEVER use any product related to adobe again. I see this as stealing taking money for canceling on a free trial just wow.Also please delete my account as you leave no option to remove my CC information any firther charges i will be disputing with my CC company shame on you adobe.

I too have been charged for a software I'm not using (no trial either) but the above contact link leads to a multiple choice page that does not provide for any answers or ways to get the problem corrected. Anyone know where to go to fix this without multiple calls to the credit card company or small claims court ?

Currently having the same issue with the $14.99 charge. I have no existing plans with them yet somehow am being charged monthly. It seems like they are doing nothing to help this stop.

@Lily26481156g1ii, contact adobe support.

use a browser that allows popups and cookies and contact adobe support by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-community/td-p/12919684/redirect_from_archived_page/true.

p.p.s you can also use phone (but chat is usually quicker), https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html

p.p.p.s. you can also use twitter to tweet @AdobeCare.
