I recently canceled my adobe subscription and was charged an early cancellation fee. A month later I found a charge on the credit card statement:
ADOBE ACROPRO SUBS 14.99
This subscription was connected to my outlook account. Today I canceled it again. Now I am going to be charged another early termination fee. This is the second time I am paying this termination fee.
How many more times will this happen ?
Please reply asap so we can resolve this. I'd like a refund for my second early termination fee. I have my credit card statements to prove that I have paid the termination fee twice in the past two months.
