Adobe said my university/student subscription was ending and they were transferring the subscription to my personal email. Changing it to a personal subscription price. But the account does not have my subscription that I am being charged for.
So in short I'm being charged for a personal creative cloud subscription that I am not receiving the services from Adobe and have no way of reaching out to customer support or a way to cancel my new more expensive subscription that I apparently am not able to use.
If it helps this is the account it was supposed to be transferred to via the email they sent me.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/
p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

Damon, thanks for posting your question to this public discussion forum. I can confirm that the account you used to post to this discussion does not have active memberships. You can find information at https://adobe.ly/40yllFg on how to obtain an Educational discount when purchasing an Adobe Creative Cloud membership from Adobe directly.
Good job using your personal e-mail address, as it will prevent any confusion between any accounts previously provided by your University. Please also bookmark https://adobe.ly/42n6zU8 for information on how to reapply for the discount each year.
If you have any additional questions, then please don't hesitate to update this discussion. ^JW
