I am writing to request assistance with canceling my Adobe Acrobat subscription. Unfortunately, I do not have access to this subscription but for the past 5 months have been billed $215 Australian dollars or $43 per month since may.
the product is Adobe Acrobat pro.
Due to the loss of access to an unknown email address that is connected to the account and unknown password, I am unable to log in and manage the subscription directly.
I understand that Adobe has a process for assisting customers in such situations, and I would greatly appreciate your guidance and support in canceling this subscription and a refund as i have never once been able to access the subscription and the only information I receive about it is a monthly bill.
I have attached screen shots of subscription information from my personal account, my school personal account, and my school account, none of which have active acrobat pro subscriptions.
