We had an unknown charge of 179,88 EUR with description ADOBE ADOBE 044-207-3650 and we did not subscribe any product.

if you suspect fraud, contact your credit card company.

otherwise, there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
