Hey guys, I recently saw that I got a billing charge for an Adobe subscription (San Jose) that I am not aware of having. I checked my account and it says I don't have any active plans. Anyone know who I should contact?
you can start with adobe support, but if they can't explain the charge contact your credit card provider and report fraud.
there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):
chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare
p.s. if you're con

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

If support can't explain the charge and you report fraud to your credit card company be sure to tell the fraud person that you do NOT want the charges to 'follow' to your new credit card number
I have read in the past that unless you do that your credit card company MAY transfer vendor charges to a new card

No less than 7 charges for $360 USD have appeared on my credit card in the last 2 weeks, for an inactive account. The CC has been cancelled obviously, and when I dealt with a live agent at Adobe, they abruptly left the chat after I CONFIRMED that they saw the charges on my account. This means the breach is Adobe's, as the scammers had to get Adobe's merchant number. Adobe is compromised.
