According to what is mentioned on your website. In the event of cancellation, before 14 days have passed, the subscription amount will be refunded

The subscription amount was withdrawn from my account on 25/04/2022 as shown in the attached statement of account

But your bill says that the purchase was made on 03/04/2022 and this is not correct. Please return the amount to my account, as I have another account with you and it is not reasonable for me to pay for two different accounts for the same package.
