I have updated my e-mandate in india three times but still again and again i get this eeror from adobe
new emandate needed kindly edit billing now
I 4th time treid adobe support and in the attached image you can see same woman named "barsha" has ended my chat without resolution. what should be done with customer care agents like these? Looks like adobe has earned billions now they dont want any customer
