Updated Payment Info - Still Getting Mail and No 3 Months Complimentary Plan

Hello,

 

I updated my credit card info with Adobe twice and still keep receiving mails mentioning that I should re-enter them, otheriwise my plan will be discontinued.

Also, I did not receive any 3 months Complimentary Plan as mentioned in the mail.

 

Any help on the same will be appreciated.
