Question

Updated payment method but no debit yet

Hi! I've been paying Adobe subscription for over 9 years and I just seem to missed last payment for some reaseon and I didn't get any email or debit failed in my card statement so I didn't realize until I tried to use an app and tried to get me to pay again. Is there anyway I can fix this? I updated the payment method but the amount due hasn't been debited from my card yet... And I really don't want to miss the offer I've been paying for years since this would mean I'd have to pay almost x20 the amount I was paying all these years.

Tried everything, Payment Method is fixed but it wont debit from my account and Adobe CC desktop still says "free membership"

if that fails, proceed to these steps - https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/resolve-trial-and-license-expired-errors.html

 

if that fails, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/adobe-license-issues-keychain-credential-mgr.html

 

if those all fail, change your cc language.  eg, try international english

 

if that fails, change the install location

Everything looks normal but when I try to change anything it says I've paid using Adobe Store and when I click the link "Go to Adobe Store" it returns 404. https://www.adobe.com/go/dr_account_ar

BTW, everytime I try to go to Adobe Store it takes me to a 404 page.
