updates for Adobe acrobat Pro

I purchased and installed my adobe acrobat pro few years back. now my OS is windows 10. Anybody suggest any update?

Adobe support team informed me as below

Since the software is very old, it may not be supported on windows 10.

You can purchase the latest version of the software or can go for the subscription.

i am not happy to purchase softwares when Os changes.

any advice?

As above in the first sentence by T_S_N. Specifically Don't change the OS you are using.

 

Now the question is have you tried installing your older version of Acrobat Pro on Windows 10? Even if Adobe does not support version X, Y or Z of any program on a newer version of any OS does Not Mean it will not work.

 

The only way to tell is to install it and Test. Have you tried installing it? I didn't read that you had.

And which exact version of Acrobat Pro did you buy, do you have?

If you aren’t happy to buy new software when the OS changes, I advise you not to change OS. New OS support is a major feature of chargeable upgrades, and if you don’t want to pay you are saying all software companies should subsidise Microsoft and Apple. I think that would be wrong. Be aware that Windows 10 now changes continuously and has broken apps, needing more upgrades. Subscription recommended in this new world of ever-changing Windows.
