I recently cancelled my subscription as I'm just not using it enough so I also ended my PayPal payment method as well.
I received an email from Adobe regarding an outstanding invoice for £4.99 but as I have no active subscription I cannot add a payment method to clear this apparent debt?
is the a direct email for customer services I can contact to get this resolved please.
any help greatly appreciated

you can check your account, https://account.adobe.com
and there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):
chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
twitter/x:

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
