upgrade from single product to all apps

Hi right now i have 3 individual plan running in adobe.
Photography plan
Adobe XD
Adobe Illustrator
now i want to change it to all apps plan.
but if i cancel these 3 plans adobe will charge me for full year (even remaining months)
so what i need is to replace these 3 plans to one single all apps plan is it possible.

As Above you need to Contact Adobe directly. IMHO you are in a Pickle with 3 individual plans. Did you use the same exact Adobe ID for all of them?
