Urgent help needed!
Hello Community,
8 days ago I took a 7 day free trial for my job. I immediately wanted to cancel it to avoid any charges.
Nowhere could I find where to cancel this membership but I read online that it is possible that you need to wait 24 hours before you are able to cancel it. So I waited 24 hours and I was still not able to cancel it. Now 8 days have passed and Adobe is strarting to charge me.
When I ask the Chatbot, I receive the reply that no membership is linked to my account. I am not able to see my invoice online aswell, but have received it by mail.
I can't find any email and telephone number and really don't know what to do.
Anyone that can help me?
