:Urgent Subscription Cancellation

Dear Adobe Support,

I am writing to request urgent assistance with canceling my subscription and obtaining a refund. On December 2nd, I was charged for a subscription because I forgot to cancel the 14-day free trial. Immediately after, when I tried to cancel, I was offered an additional 60 days free, which I accepted.

Throughout February, I attempted to cancel the subscription multiple times. I even tried changing my region, as I am based in Latin America, but the subscription does not appear in my account settings. Despite these efforts, I have been charged again on my credit card.

I urgently need to cancel this plan  Please provide instructions on how to proceed with the cancellation process.

You will need to have an Adobe employee check this for you.

Estimada Comunidad de Adobe,

Necesito ayuda urgente para cancelar mi suscripción y obtener un reembolso. El 2 de diciembre, se me cobró una suscripción porque olvidé cancelar la prueba gratuita de 14 días. Inmediatamente después, cuando intenté cancelar, me ofrecieron 60 días adicionales gratis, los cuales acepté.

Durante todo el mes de febrero, intenté cancelar la suscripción varias veces. Incluso intenté cambiar mi región, ya que soy de Latinoamérica, pero la suscripción no aparece en la configuración de mi cuenta. Además, ingresé la información de mi tarjeta de crédito directamente a través de una opción en la versión de escritorio de Acrobat Pro, lo que parece haber complicado aún más la situación. A pesar de todos estos esfuerzos, me han vuelto a cargar en mi tarjeta de crédito.

Necesito cancelar este plan urgentemente y solicitar un reembolso por los cargos incurridos. ¿Alguien

We appreciate you reaching out. I can not see any active subscription associated with your email address. Has there been any deduction made from your bank account?

I confirm that the monthly fee was deducted on Monday March 4 . 

i have  the bank notifications detailing the deduction.

I am certain that I made the subscription and extended it during the 60-day grace period through an Adobe Acrobat version on my laptop. Maybe i could be Latin America based but i have tired to enter to Latin america sites of Adobe including Spain and I still haven't found the subscription to cancel it.
