Hello,
I went into my account to change the payment method for my annual plan for the Creative cloud services. I get this message.
"You are billed for this plan through your vendors platform. To view your invoices and billing history, or to edit billing and payment, please go to your vendors platform."
But I am unable to access the platform? All the payments I made are through directly adobe so I do not understand why I can't access to change the payment method.

I tried clicking on the provided link but I am unable to go to chat. I end up the Adobe Customer care page. Is there another way to open the chat?

Same here. Safe button is missing. For all payment methods. No error message, no further information. Just no safe button or other means to committ the changes.
