URGENTE - Cobro: acabo de pagar, me cobraron y no funciona ningún plan

Buenas noches

 

Como no alcancé a cancelar mi prueba gratuita, terminé pagando el equivalente a alrededor de USD. Procedí a utilizar los servicios de mis planes, pero la plataforma sigue diciendo que debo dinero. Tengo a la mano los soportes de pago, así que no entiendo qué pasa.  Espero su prontísima respuesta.

@natalia_1058 this is unfortunate.... go to you account, adobe.com. Top-right-hand-corner is your icon avatar. Click on that avatar. Click on 'Manage Account'

Click on Plans and Payments

 

And there you can cancel it. 

Or at the bottom of the adobe.com, is a chat box that you can get the conversation going with a customer client
