Hi,

When I signed up for my Adobe account my business was VAT registered, but I have recently de-registered.

I need Adobe to know this so they stop treating me as VAT Registered, but I just can't get in touch with them! The website is a maze of hyperlinks that all end up in the same place.

Does anybody know how I would contact Adobe to address this?

Thanks!

Michael, you can find information on removing the VAT ID in https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/update-vat-id-for-eu-countries.html.  If you are unsuccessful or would like assistance, please begin a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen and if the window fails, open is unresponsive, then please use a different device to contact us.

Hello Jeff,

Thank you for this information - I need to remove my VAT ID which isn't an option, the guideance you have linked to only seems to be for changing it.

The link for opening a chat system just starts the labyrinth of support links aimed at directing me away from the cha - I really just need to contact somebody at adobe but this just doesn't seem to be an option!

And if that doesn't work, you can try calling. Search this page for a regionally appropriate phone number for customer support.
