Verify academic status

I am renewing my subscription and I was asked to verify my academic status. I sent in a copy of my faculty appointment letter and recieved an email that I did not qualify. What now?

Yes, the institution is accredited and on the drop down list.

I was able to go thru the chat and communicate with someone and get the issue resolved.

If you have already submitted your proof of eligibility and have been denied, then please contact your educational institution for help. They may already offer their own managed plan designed to work on their network and with their infrastructure.
