Vigencia de licencia

Buen día, el día de ayer 25 de agosto me hicieron un cargo por el pago de el paquete de Adobe, era mas alto de lo que contrate en un principio, por tal motivo lo cancele, me aparecia que mi licencia estaba vigente hasta el 25 de septiembre y el día de hoy que esto tratando de ingresar a los programas ya no me permitió ingresar, por lo cual quisiera que me hicieran una devolución por el ultimo pago, ya que se me hace injusto que ya no pueda ingreasr y si me lo hayan cobrado tengo la orden número ADB072538055EDU, trato de contactar a alguien para que me ayuden y me dice que el servicio no esta disponibe.
