Waiting on a Refund
I paid for Adobe Cloud for my son for 2021 into 2022, with an annual renewal date of 3rd October. I cancelled the subscription as my son's colleage now provides access to adobe apps.
This was cancelled within the 14 day timeframe specified by your terms and conditions.
To date, no refund has been received.
This was for an annual renewal.
Can you please let me know when I can expect a refund please.
