Wanna cancel AI annual plan bill monthly

Hi All !

I subscripted the AI (annual plan bill monthly) and I have paid 5 months up to date. But now I wanna cancel (stop) the plan. Is it possible? and how ?

Note that a cancellation fee applies when you cancel before the end of your annual plan.

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

As per your account info, you have cancelled the Adobe Illustrator subscription. The term will end on March 08, 2024.
