Want to cancel my subscription.

hey guys, I'm trying to cancel my subscription,but whenever I go to the "Manage Account" section, I see a message saying: "We’ve received payment for your new plan. You’ll be able to manage this plan shortly."
I'm not sure why this is happening, but I would really appreciate your help in canceling my current plan. Please let me know what steps I need to take or if you can assist me directly.
