What am I going to get for $119.88

I recently received an email stating that in February when my account would be charged for my photo package subscription I would instead of the Premier package be receiving the starter version for $119.88 a year.  Included was a link to a page that was supposed to explain the differences between the Premier and starter packages (https://www.adobe.com/express/pricing), which indicates two versions -- a free plan and a premium plan for $9.99/ month.  So apparently I am scheduled in February to receive the free plan for a cost of $119.88.  What's going on?

OK.  So you're getting Photography Plan + Creative Cloud Express free Starter plan.

If you want CC Express with optional Premium features you'll need to pay an extra $10/mo.

Does that make sense?

Not Premier.  It's Creative Cloud Express (formerly called Spark Page and Spark Video).   So if you used Spark or Premier RUSH, it would seem your Photography Plan is being rolled in with Creative Cloud Express now.

https://www.adobe.com/express/pricing

Your Creative Cloud Express membership gives you access to premium features available in:

- Adobe Premiere Rush — Shoot, edit, and share videos on mobile and desktop.

- Adobe Photoshop Express — Edit and retouch images, create collages, and combine photos.

- Adobe Spark Video — Quickly create stunning video slideshows.

- Adobe Spark Page — Turn words and images into beautiful web pages.

Hope that helps.

Thank you for your reply.  After several exchanges on chat with an agent I got the same information that I got from the email.  The critically important thing for me to know is will I have the same Photoshop functionality that I have now?  Of lesser importance, but still something I care about, will I have Bridge? I couldn't manage to make my questions clear to the agent.  My bad.

Yes, you will continue to have access to the other apps and services that are part of your subscription... Your Photoshop will not change, your Lightroom will not change. Bridge is always free for everyone, with no subscription needed.

None of the services like cloud storage, Adobe Fonts, or Adobe Portfolio changed either.

The primary change is that Spark premium was taken out and replaced with Premiere Rush premium and Photoshop Express premium. This post gives all the details.
