I am aware that on the "Monthly Plan" the software locks the user out if the subscription is not renewed at the start of the next month. Is that the same case for the "Annual, Paid Monthly" plan? If the agreement locks the user in for a full year-use of the software, how would a missed payment compromise it? Does the subscription revert to being renewed for the next month? Does the unpaid amount become an overdue balance for the end of the renewal date? How does the risk system work compared to the "Monthly Plan"? I am simply curious.
Thanks in Advance,
Diamond S.
Hi,
If a payment fails, additional payment attempts are made after the due date. If payment continues to fail, your Creative Cloud account becomes inactive and the paid features of your account are deactivated.

The software will stop working. Your cloud space will shrink to 2Gb. You my loose data after a grace period. Lightroom will cancel the all modules except the library.
If you have Lr CC you will have to pay attention to the Tb of data you may store to the cloud.

Rent software and stop paying... it will stop working
CLOUD storage is not the same as a directory on your hardware... stop paying, and you lose access
