What is "CCSN,ALL,MLP,ERR12,MUN,001,N/A,1YR RNW"?

I just received a PayPal charge for:

"CCSN,ALL,MLP,ERR12,MUN,001,N/A,1YR RNW" with a total of 

"$635.87"!

 

I have no idea what this is for.  I have a Creative Cloud Subscription and it shows up in my invoices but not this charge. 

 

Update:  I just realized I was charged for this last year too but have no idea what it is for!  

Please Help!

I'm having issues with the cancellation of my purchase and am trying to contact Adobe by chat, mail or phone, but cannot find any contact whatsoever. Where can I simply contact someone who can help me?
