Adobe Reader is free, but I checked your account and see that you have an ExportPDF subscription (which you can access via Acrobat Reader). Is that the product you're having a billing issue with? From what I can tell, your subscription renewal is currently processing.

I called 1-800-833-6687 for billing issue re: Adobe Reader. "Adobe does provide phone support for Adobe Reader." Sent me back to website, which is worthless. Email from Adobe told me my account needed updating (info in my account is all correct). Email has no phone # and is a "do not reply to this email." Wow. I'm ASKING them to take my money. And this is their version of "customer support"?

I’ve received two emails saying my credit card info is invalid (address). I’ve checked and double-checked my account info and all IS correct. Not sure what else to do.

If your subscription is from Adobe, and not from the App Store from Apple or the Google Play Store or similar, you can cancel your subscription by going to https://account.adobe.com/plans, select the plan via "Manage plan" and cancel.
If you can't self cancel (e.g., if you have issues with your credit card and the last payment got refused), you can contact Adobe customer care. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled, you need to accept cookies! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device and/or browser to start the interaction.
