Where is the Adobe VAT number from for a customer with italian VAT?

Hi, I've had a look at the specific section on the website but there's no word in the whole section about the provenience of the Adobe VAT number. I've understood that taxes will be charged correctly buying with an Italian VAT number, so I won't have to pay extras in my country, BUT I'd like to know exactly, before buying a Creative Cloud with all the apps online on the Adobe website .com/it, which will be the Adobe country associated with the Adobe VAT number printed in the invoice. I mean, will Adobe use its US VAT numer, or an ireland VAT number or an italian VAT number? Which Adobe VAT number will be printed in the invoice buying with an italian VAT?
