so. i just cancelled my year subscription because something, i have waited the money back to my account almost 3 weeks form 21 may 2024, and i pay with different bank account so i get confused. is there any explanation, thank you

if something looks amiss, contact adobe support. there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
