This page is useless as it only shows my old  RESOLVED CASES which are closed.

To open a new case it directs me to the same chat window - there is NO email option and I can't add any message to a closed case.

I still  want to hear from an ADOBE representative - why is your support SO BAD??

Hi Shivangi

@Shivangi_Gupta

I can see that you are Adobe employee.

I replied yesterday with A LOT of details - only to receive an email from I guess a moderator with the handle: kglad, saying that I posted it in the wrong place so they moved my post elsewhere.

They didn't bother to include the new link or name "the other forum" they had moved my post to.

Seriously?... am I supposed to guess?.... and how are you supposed to find it and reply?...

When I tried to access this thread again - it said Access Denied.  I replied via the dedicated reply link in the email requesting the new link to my post - silence.  No response. The only thing they did was to restore my access to this original thread.

This forum serves a purpose of connecting people so this sort of conduct on Adobe forum - and on any online forum for that matter - by moderators is unacceptable and unconscionable, and  it is further damaging to Adobe.

That was a VERY LONG post with a A LOT of information  which took a lot of my time to write and I didn't keep a copy.   To write it again, will take again a lot of my time

So could you please contact kglad and request the link to where he moved my post and please reply to it with the solution. I do hope that they didn't lose it.  If they did - I will lodge a formal complaint to Adobe about the cowboy behaviour by your moderators.

I look forward to your reply.

From now on I am keeping copies of all my posts.

thanks
