Hello,
As a decades long user and former software sales executive, why in the heck do you force people to pay for a year in full rther than pay the balance on an existing yearly subscription billed monthly? Why can't I preempt a monthly subscription payment with a one time payment? Why won't you allow prepaid non refundable debit cards for payment?
Do better. This is ridicilous; especially given that millions of us are finanically hurting. Help your clients remain clients; and grow your business with flexible payment options. This is not a difficult thing to offer. Thanks.
