but i dont buy any plan i just used cdkey for one month and thats it. how

There are three types of plans:
Annual plan, prepaid - This is paid once and is an annual commitment because it is a discounted price.
Annual plan, paid monthly - This is an annual commitment because it is a discounted price.
Month-to-month plan - This can be canceled at any time without penalty, but is more expensive.

If you ignore it and have a plan that wasn't properly canceled, you may accumulate fees which may affect your credit rating if not paid.

@art84897186 I am sorry for any confusion. I show that you have created two different accounts, please see https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/enterprise-id-faq.html for information on how to sign in under your individual account that has the active subscription you have been using for the last three months.
Before you will be able to delete your account we will need to have payment for the services you have utilized. Once you are signed in under the individual account you can use the steps in https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/fix-failed-missed-payment.html to update the account and pay for the services rendered. It looks like you also attemtped to change the name on the account with the active subscription, @art84897186 so you may also need follow the steps in https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/edit-adobe-account-personal-profile.html and add your correct name and any other required information to the account.
Finally, @art84897186 , once your subscription is paid for and current you will be able to complete the steps in https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html to cancel your subscription. You will want to bookmark this discussion and then use the information in https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/delete-adobe-account.html to request that the account be deleted, once the subscription is cancelled and any refunds or charges have been settled, @art84897186 .

Adobe's online account system can neither cancel nor refund you without a valid payment card on file.
