Hi,

I'm disappointed and turned off by the service here! They discontinued the text feature in the firefly AI plan, then when I cancel my subscription before renewal they're still trying to go into my account! They're sending me suspension notices due to failed attempts after I cancelled my plan, Get it together over there guys!

in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe represent
